I lead the Disability Workforce Development team. We administer disability workforce grant funding and support organisational workforce development at a regional and national level.
I have been privileged to work in the disability sector for more than 25 years. I passionately believe positive communication based on developing trust and respect is the key to effective leadership.
I believe strongly that we should never forget that services are ultimately about 'people' and a person's right to a quality of life.
