I have a Master's degree and background in public health. The purpose of my position is to develop and operationalise Te Pou’s workforce and sector development programme. To achieve this, I manage a team of experienced and inspiring people to deliver products and services that are relevant, current and valued by our sector.
My vision is working to support quality services and the workforce to achieve equity in health outcomes for people who use mental health and addiction services.
