I am a key contact for mental health and addiction workforce development in the central region. I use the relationships I have to assist the national workforce development centres deliver key national projects at a regional and local level. I also work alongside the sector to identify workforce development needs and plan effective ways to meet these. I provide feedback from the sector to the national workforce development centres.

I have always had a passion for working with people and supporting them to achieve their potential. This has been the focus of my career as an occupational therapist in the mental health and addiction sector for the past 25-plus years. I have held various clinical and leadership roles across a spectrum of service areas. Along with my occupational therapy quailification I have a postgraduate certificate in management studies and training in adult education.
