Profile
In this role I analyse mental health information, focusing particularly on outcomes. The sector uses this information to improve service delivery and strengthen the workforce. I also contribute to developing better reporting and uses of information.
I have a Master's degree in Statistics with additional skills in data analysis and demography; I enjoy looking at numerical patterns and trends.
Previously, I have worked in the health and disability analysis unit at the Midland Regional Health Authority, the Population Studies Centre at the University of Waikato, and the Population Health Service at Waikato District Health Board in research and analyst positions.
Good information informs good decisions which supports recovery for people using mental health services.
