I provide strategic operations advice and support to the Delivery team. It’s a very hands on position and means I’m involved in a variety of activities. My key focus is to work alongside the Operations Manager to ensure the team have what they need to effectively deliver great outcomes.
I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in employment relations and psychology, and an honours degree in human resource management from the University of Auckland. My background has predominantly been in human resources and I have worked in a variety of HR roles in local government, government and the private sector.
My greatest passion in life is to help others. Whether it is big or small, I think we all have the ability to have a positive influence on someone else’s life.
