This two day course on reflective practice builds on the first course which focused on creating change in organisations.
While it is useful to have completed the first course this is not essential and we welcome people to this course on reflective practice who are interested in developing their skills in critical reflection. It is useful for practitioners at all levels including team leaders and managers.
The course focuses on developing supervision skills both as a supervisor and as a recipient of supervision. It explores the connections between supervision and practice and encourages participants to bring their own stories of supervision to explore at the course.
The course is experiential with a strong connection between theory and practice. In preparation for the course we encourage participants to read the chapters on reflective practice in the book by Jackie Sanders and Robyn Munford – Working with Families: Strengths-Based Approaches.
