Knowing the People Planning (KPP) is a practical approach that assists Hawkes Bay’s mental health services plan for and meet the needs of service users. KPP has been adopted into CMHS as a quality improvement tool since 2003. This report provides an analysis of KPP in the CMHS South from 2007-2010.
