This Let’s get real project planner is for managers and leaders in the mental health and addiction sector. It is designed to help you identify your approach to implementing Let’s get real across your organisation.
Use this calendar alongside the Let’s get real enablers (tools and learning modules), which support the implementation of Let’s get real in your organisation and teams. As with all Let’s get real framework resources, you are encouraged to ‘pick and mix’ from this material in a way that fits with your organisational needs.
