Let's get real project planner for managers and leaders

Author: Te Pou
Publication date: 1 January 2011

This Let’s get real project planner is for managers and leaders in the mental health and addiction sector. It is designed to help you identify your approach to implementing Let’s get real across your organisation.

Use this calendar alongside the Let’s get real enablers (tools and learning modules), which support the implementation of Let’s get real in your organisation and teams. As with all Let’s get real framework resources, you are encouraged to ‘pick and mix’ from this material in a way that fits with your organisational needs.

This template should be read in conjunction with the Let’s get real Overview and Let’s get real Guide for Managers and Leaders, available on the Te Pou website at www.tepou.co.nz/letsgetreal.
