PRIMHD outcome reports: October 2010 to September 2011

Te Pou sits on a joint working group that is developing a set of national PRIMHD reports.
A consultation document was produced by the group, identifying eight standard outcome reports. A number of DHB site coordinators have commented on the consultation document, and Te Pou is now working with the Ministry of Health to develop reporting specifications for the eight outcome reports.
The following reports cover the period October 2010 to September 2011 and include reports 2-8 of the eight standard outcome reports. Report 1 will be made available at a later date.
