Information Collection Protocol
The aim of this document is to provide a guide to staff involved with the collection of mental health outcome information to be reported under the new PRIMHD mental health information programme.
This document outlines the outcome information required to be collected, when it is required to be collected, and includes a frequently asked questions section covering common questions about the collection process.
