Information Utility Compass for Change

The successful one day ‘Compass for change’ forum was held at Alexandra Park in Auckland on 25 November 2009. Over 80 people heard how service users and mental health professionals can use mental health (MH) information to aid recovery and inform sound practice.

The presenters shared ideas on engaging and feeding back outcomes with service users. They discussed how MH information can assist MH professionals in their work. Exciting information technology that will democratise access to information was showcased. Finally people learnt how information can be used to improve quality service delivery.
