Pilot project

In 2009 Te Pou took over the management of KPP on behalf of the Ministry of Health and developed this new KPP website and toolkit. We now wish to test these new resources within mental health services, including NGOs, by way of a pilot implementation of the KPP project.

Te Pou is now calling for expressions of interest (EOI) to administer a pilot project to implement Knowing the People Planning (KPP) in a mental health service or team.

The overall goals for the KPP pilot projects are to:

• test the ease of use of the new KPP toolkit
• evaluate the impact of KPP on different types of mental health service
• encourage the use of KPP throughout the sector.
