WISE - inspire, develop, deliver

The Wise Trust is a charitable trust, which holds the contract with the Ministry of Health. It has set up Mental Health Programmes Ltd, trading as Te Pou, to hold all contract funding for the programmes and develop the National Centre of Research, Information and Workforce Development.

Wise Trust has another wholly owned charitable company, Wise Management Services, that is working to stabilise and enhance existing structures and systems for Te Pou. It appointed the inaugural Te Pou Board.

Wise Management Services provides a suite of management services for Te Pou and, every year, it will carry out a customer satisfaction review with Te Pou to ensure its current and future needs are met.
