Our people
Te Pou's team has a rich and diverse background in terms of culture, work and life experience. Some people are full-time employees of Te Pou, others are contractors.
As a national organisation, Te Pou's staff work throughout New Zealand, in both urban and rural settings with NGOs, DHBs and primary care providers, Government agencies, education providers and national bodies. We work regionally as well as nationally to ensure alignment of policy and broader DHB health workforce networks and initiatives are tailored to local needs.
