Let's get real pilots...two years on

In 2011, as part of the overall evaluation of the Let’s get real enablers, Te Pou approached several of the original 16 pilot sites and invited them to provide feedback about the achievements in their organisations, in terms of the specific Let’s get real enabler that they had tested during the last two years.


Let's get real - making it real

Blueprint for Learning is a private training establishment providing learning and development programmes for people working in the mental health and social service sectors. The programmes incorporate Let's get real so students can demonstrate the leader level performance indicators at the end of the Blueprint Leadership Programme.


Let's get real at the Southern District Health Board

Southern District Health Board (DHB) Mental Health and Addictions Service (Southland) team are integrating Let's get real seven Real Skills and attitudes into their pre-existing framework/programmes for workforce development.

Framework undertook a comprehensive change management process to ensure all employees incorporated the seven Real Skills into their practice.
