Kia ora. My name is Cara (they/he). I joined Te Pou in 2023 as an Operations Support Coordinator. In my role, I support various other teams through various admin tasks, organising meetings, sending resources, and more.
My family is based in the South Island, but I have been in Wellington since 2020. While I may study in the future, I believe my time is better spent currently being involved with people and their work that strive to do good in the world. My own journey with mental health has drawn me to places that look out for not only the people we serve, but each other as well. Working with Te Pou has been an amazing experience, and I look forward to seeing the continuing good we do for our communities.
