Carolyn is a comprehensive nurse with experience across medical, rehabilitation, and rest home/hospital care, alongside many years in primary care. Since 2013, she has specialised in mental health, including establishing nurse‑led clinics and working as a Mental Health and Addiction Co‑ordinator with Tāmaki Health.
She trained as a HIP in 2018, supporting tāngata whai ora at Local Doctors Takanini. In 2023, she joined the Auckland Wellbeing Collaborative as Clinical Implementation Support Lead. Now working as a Comprehensive Primary Care Team (CPCT) Lead and Care Co‑ordinator, Carolyn continues to champion wellbeing, provide supervision, and enable people to progress their health journeys.
