My role as a research assistant on the Data Information Research team is to support and develop evidence-based research and evaluation of projects and programmes managed by Te Pou. Currently, I am supporting the evaluation of the Skills Matter programme.
I have a Bachelor of Health Sciences and Nutrition, as well as a Master of Health Sciences degree from the University of Auckland.
I previously worked as a research assistant for a health education research group at the Liggins Institute, University of Auckland. I supported the development of resources and the evaluation of the impact of the learning programme on student’s health-related attitudes, knowledge and behaviours in the Cook Islands and in Tonga.
