My role at Te Pou is to oversee and conduct evaluation work for numerous projects undertaken by the organisation. I am also here to further develop the evaluative culture and contribute to the evidence base for our work. I held a very similar (part-time) role at the Werry Centre (Workforce Development) for six years.
I have more than 30 years’ experience as an evaluator, social researcher, auditor and reviewer. Much of that time was spent as an evaluation consultant at Evaluation Associates (10 years) and Resonance Research (8 years). I worked on large and small projects covering a wide range of sectors including health, education, social welfare, corrections, local government and conservation.
I bring great enthusiasm and passion for evaluation and people to my role and love working here.
