Equally Well champions 'lunchtime' meet up #2

These online hui are for Equally Well champions who are keen to continue strengthening our collaborative through participation of action hubs, sharing ideas, good practice and catching up informally with fellow champions!

We’re calling on people and organisations to use your influence in finding solutions that will achieve physical health equity for people who experience mental health and addiction issues.

We know that by working together, we can create lasting change! Whether you’re new to Equally Well or been a champion for many years, it doesn’t matter. Everyone makes a difference.
