How to Manage Depression for Life with Dr Giresh Kanji

Dr Kanji draws directly from his own experience and his own research, and will present on the following topics in easy to understand language. 

This webinar will encourage attendees to see the connections between common mental-health problems such as insomnia, anxiety and depression.

It will also explain the scientific evidence behind why the age-old solutions of exercise, sleep, slow-breathing, mediation and mindfulness work.And, as we are all different, will examine a variety of methods for dealing with stress every day including drug-free solutions.
