Kia Noho Rangatira Ai Tātou is a unique education programme that was developed by Te Pou and the Disabled Persons Assembly. The programme puts human rights for disabled people and the Disability Convention into a New Zealand cultural context. This 10-hour online workshop series will be held over four 2.5 hour modules.

The aim of the online workshop is to increase participants understanding of the Disability Convention and Human Rights, and to apply this understanding to practical situations. It is applicable to participants personal and professional lives.

We ask that you respect the kaupapa of Kia Noho Rangatira Ai Tātou and attend all four webinar modules.

This four-session Kia Noho Rangatira Ai Tātou online workshop series has been funded by Whaikaha Ministry of Disabled People and is free to those with a Disability Support Service contract.
