Let's get real update- hui for health workers from InsideOUT Kōaro's network

The Let's get real team is excited to invite health workers from InsideOUT Kōaro's broad network to an in-person hui on May 1 in Wellington.

Te Pou is leading a project to update the Let’s get real framework which includes shared values, attitudes, knowledge and skills for everyone who works in health so they can provide a good service to people experiencing mental health challenges and problematic substance use.

We warmly invite health workers who have an interest in supporting wellbeing for rainbow or takatāpui communities. You don’t need to be from rainbow or takatāpui communities or working in a mental health and addiction role to participate. You also don’t need to be familiar with Let’s get real, the Te Pou team will provide information to support the discussion. The focus of the hui is sharing ideas about how health services and health workers can better support wellbeing for everyone in rainbow and takatāpui communities.

We're confident that your voice will be a valuable addition to this important work, so please register below to join us in the hui.
