The 5-Step Method

This webinar is of interest to people employed in addiction services working with whānau members in their own right. You will learn about the origins and evidence base of the 5-Step Method and understand how it contributes to the wellbeing of all whānau members impacted by a relative's use of substances or problematic gambling.

The 5-Step Method is a flexible and brief process based on evidence from whānau members' experience of support they find helpful.

Presented by Michelle Brewerton, Project Lead, 5-Step Method at Te Pou, along with Bonnie Lovich-Hewitt, guest speaker and accredited 5-Step Method practitioner with the Problem Gambling Foundation.

Please contact Michelle Brewerton with any queries.
