Addiction Recovery Caseworker

Northland Bridge is looking for an exceptional person who demonstrates:

  • the ability to engage well and motivate change for tangata whai ora experiencing the harmful impact of alcohol and/or drugs
  • a good understanding of group/individual processes
  • has proficiency in computer IT and database systems
  • has a sound understanding of tikanga
  • who has excellent co-ordination and administration skills
  • has a current full NZ driver’s licence

Qualifications:

The applicant must hold a relevant qualification in Addiction Studies, Social Work, Counselling, or Health Science. In additional all applicants must hold current professional registration with the Social Workers Registration Board (SWRB), HPCA or DAPAANZ.

Applications

Applicants must hold NZ residency or a valid NZ Work Permit and give permission for the processing of Police Checks. Applicants should supply a CV, copy of photo ID and a copy of a current professional registration certificate.
