Administrator / Customer Service

Based on Reception, our Shared Services Administrator will be responsible for providing seamless customer service and administration support to both internal and external stakeholders to enable our team to provide the best possible outcomes for our clients and their whanau/family.

About the role...

  • Ensure all administration activities are carried out promptly, effectively and efficiently
  • Undertake reception duties, providing a warm, professional welcome for visitors and ensuring security and health & safety are paramount.
  • Maintain printing, stationery, courier, beverage and induction material stocks to required levels
  • Coordinate a range of facilities and fleet management tasks including; registration and WOF, fuel cards, security swipe administration, parking spaces etc
  • Assist with special projects, including organising functions, research, receiving quotes and ordering for major asset purchases
  • Uphold Taikura values, ensuring respect and inclusivity are modelled in all aspects of the role.

About you …

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Outstanding organisation skills and a keen eye for detail
  • The ability to multitask, and prioritise a range of tasks, while keeping a smile on your face
  • Solid computer skills, particularly MS suite
  • You demonstrate a commitment to Taikura values
