If you are an experienced administrator who enjoys variety and you are looking for full-time work, here is your opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team.

You’ll work closely with district health board mental health teams, social development agencies, government and non-government organisations, employers and of course the wider Wise Group family.

You will play an important role by providing specialised administration support to the team leader and a team of employment consultants. This includes using our leading edge electronic database software, finalising reports, collation and presentation of data and general administration.


When it comes to administration and data management, you will demonstrate:

  • excellent computer skills, specifically in the use of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
  • a high level of initiative and organisational skills
  • an eagle eye for detail
  • excellent written and interpersonal skills
  • NZ Certificate in Business (Administration and Technology) (level 3 or above) – preferred but not essential
