Case Manager - Bay of Plenty Addiction Service

Registered Health Professional – DAPAANZ/ RN/OT/SW

We are looking to recruit two Registered Mental Health Professionals to join our Alcohol & Other Drug Team in Tauranga. You will be joining a supportive, friendly multidisciplinary team within the adult secondary addiction service. Both openings are permanent full-time positions, working 80 hours per fortnight.

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering community-based addictions treatments to a caseload of clients with complex addiction and co-existing issues, and will have excellent assessment, treatment planning and risk management skills. You will need to be capable of working both independently, and as part of a multidisciplinary team; you will be supported by colleagues working in psychiatry, psychology, peer support and substance withdrawal. There will also be opportunity to work as an Authorised Officer for the Substance Addiction (Compulsory Assessment & Treatment) Act for sufficiently skilled and experienced applicants.
