Charge Nurse Manager / Team Leader - Alcohol & Other Drug

The details: Permanent Leadership role, Full Time, 40 hours per week (1 FTE)

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented leader/manager to lead a team of professionals in the delivery of our Community Alcohol and Other Drug team based in He Toa Takitini, 193 London St, Hamilton

About the service:

The CADS Service provides alcohol and other drug interventions to tangata whai ora with moderate to severe addiction issues. Nga iwi Ngakaunui – People at Heart – drives our mental health and addictions service and we are committed to improving the health and wellbeing of tangata whai ora and their whānau.

About the role: We are seeking someone who demonstrates kia manawanui – resolute, steadfast, tolerant, dedicated, unwavering and committed. They will be able to lead the team in delivering a safe, effective and high quality service and work with the team to develop into a service that addresses equity for Māori and wellbeing for all tangata whai ora who use the services.

Our aim is to be part of a responsive and essential continuum of service for people who are addicted to alcohol or other drugs and may have coexisting mental health issues.
