Clinical Services Manager

NZCare provides a wide array of health and human services to people throughout New Zealand. Since 1988 we have been caring, supporting and empowering people in need to live independently, safely and well in their community as well as in specialized treatment settings. We help people gain access to needed services, ensuring they receive vital services, are safe, well-cared for and live as independently as possible.

Spring Lodge

Spring Lodge is a supported living environment for up to 15 people, over the age of 18 years, who have a disability. We work with the people we support and their Whanau to create a tailor-made service plan that is designed to enhance quality of life, well being and the ability to enjoy independence.

About the role l He korero whakamarama mo tenei turanga

As the Clinical Service Manager, you will report to the Operations Manager, Intensive Support Services, who is based offsite. You will be responsible for providing optimum, quality clinical care, oversight and management of the service.

You will manage the daily operational activities, referral management, triage process and allocation of workload and administration that will all add value to client's support journey

You will manage and work collaboratively with a team of support workers to ensure that quality clinical services are delivered to the People we support, to maintain and establish relationships with families/whanau and other professionals and to enable People we support to make choices for themselves.

What you will bring l Nga tohungatanga mo tenei turanga:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
  • Leadership and clinical skills to make a difference
  • A passion for being part of a team making a difference in the community
  • A passion and expertise for working collaboratively and developing skills in others
  • Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
  • Experience working in the Disability sector
  • Experience in a service delivery or operations role.
  • Financial and budget management experience preferred
