About the Role

Community Mental Health Nurse - East Adult Community Services
Fixed-term six month contract working full-time - the option for periodic weekend work (three weekends out of nine) may be considered
Case management role including assessment, treatment and building relationships with consumers and their families
Working within a MDT in an integrated manner with the inpatient team
Adhere to guidelines of Cultural Safety and the Treaty of Waitangi

Skills and Experience

Experienced registered mental health nurse - current NZ APC
Community nursing experience preferred however, not essential
Whakawhanaungatanga (ability to forge and foster relationships)
Whakamanaakitanga (ability to treat others with respect, encouragement and support)
Whakakotahitanga (ability to work in your role and actively participate and align this to our organisational values and goals)
