Finance Officer

Te Whare Mahana is seeking a professional finance person to lead its accounting and fundraising activities in Golden Bay. The position reports directly to the General Manager is part of the supportive senior leadership team and is influential in the operational success of the organisation. The role is to provide support to the wider team, with a mix of accounts and fundraising, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders daily.

A finance or accounting qualification is essential and at least 3 years’ experience is highly favourable. Experience in an NGO or Not-for-Profit organisation would be an advantage.

The position is part-time 3 days a week/8 hrs or 4 days a week/6 hrs, negotiable (total 24 hrs week/PPT).
