Quality Improvement Practitioner - Mental Health & Addictions

We’re looking for an exceptional individual who wants to make a difference for Mental Health and Addiction Services in Te Moana a Toi – Bay of Plenty. We have a role which is focused on providing continuous quality improvement support and leadership to our teams and services. This is a new and developing role.

The successful candidate will be utilising their quality improvement skills and knowledge to create strong collaborative relationships and quality improvement methodology systems. A strong focus on equity and collaboration is imperative. The successful applicant will work with our teams and important stakeholders to improve our services and quality systems.

Mental Health and Addiction Services are currently in a changing environment and there is opportunity to support transformational change for the future. We’re looking for people who want to utilise their leadership abilities, passion, dedication, experience and skills to deliver the services of the future.

Do you:

  • Have previous health quality improvement experience?
  • Have the ability to lead and work in a collaborative space where influence is key?

  • Have exceptional communication skills with the ability to support a team of dedicated professionals and develop strong relationships with stakeholders?
