Are you a registered Occupational Therapist, Nurse or Social Worker? We’re looking for the next Registered Health Professional to provide clinical support to the Pathways Sub-Acute site in Mangere Bridge, South Auckland.

The role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi
Part time, 16 hours per week Saturday and Sunday AM shift 7am to 3.30pm
The role involves liaison with clinical teams for all aspects of support and care and will receive referrals for entry and exit of service. The goal is to support the Tangata Whaiora in all aspects of daily life including medication support, transportation, WINZ, Dr’s appointments, shopping and any other mental health needs eg mindfulness, de-escalation etc
You’ll be reporting to the Team Coach and working with a team of Support Workers and Registered Health Professionals - this is a residential (3 two bedroom flats, 6 guests supported accommodation) and respite (2 two bedroom flats, 4 guest sub-acute) service. We operate 24/7.

You will also;
- Be energising, inspiring others with enthusiasm
- Hold a Current Annual Practising Certificate
- Hold a current First Aid Certificate
- Have a full driver’s license
