The role

We are seeking to appoint a registered health professional (Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Physiotherapist) to our Team. The successful candidate will be involved in the delivery of services under our enhanced Restorative Care Model "Good to be Home", providing person-centered services to our clients. This includes completing client assessments, creating and reviewing goal-based service plans, and providing staff training and clinical oversight where required.

You will have experience working within a goal-based model in the community sector and will be driven by a passion to deliver exceptional restorative services to people with health and disability related needs in their own homes, with a focus on those over 65 years

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

The successful candidate must hold a current annual practicing certificate (APC) with a relevant regulatory body and a clean full NZ driver's licence.
