An exciting opportunity exists within our friendly and dynamic community mental health team in the Eastern Bay of Plenty. This vacancy is a full time permanent role, Monday to Friday.
The consultation liaison position provides assessment and intervention for people with co-existing mental health and physical health conditions and liaises between the general hospital and mental health services.
You will be a part of a diverse team of Health Professionals.
We are looking for a team player, but also someone who is comfortable working autonomously. You will have sound acute assessment skills, able to make decisions quickly with patient, staff, and community safety at the forefront of all decisions made. We are looking for someone with an open mind, positive, and passionate. It is preferable you have a minimum three years’ experience in the Mental Health sector.
