We require two Registered Comprehensive/Psychiatric Nurses to undertake roles within our In-patient unit at Tauranga Hospital. We have two permanent roles available at 0.8FTE, working 64 hours per fortnight.
Ideal applicants will have a minimum of 2 years of comprehensive health nursing and desirably have experience working within mental health and with older people and associated co-morbidity health conditions.
We are a busy unit providing acute assessment and treatment for clients presenting with acute mental health conditions, dementia with behavioural and psychological conditions and palliative dementia care. This is an excellent unit to develop a broad range of nursing skills.
