AOTS provides services for the management of opioid dependency from a harm reduction philosophy, supporting people towards recovery from opioids and other drugs and supporting people in their communities. The treatment programme is characterised by comprehensive assessment, individual recovery planning, and a long-term treatment approach where required.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to work in a clinic-based setting, working Monday to Friday business hours.
Using your empathic approach, with excellent written, communication and time management skills you will carry a caseload of clients receiving opioid substitution treatment (OST) in the community and in GP Shared Care.
You will be supported by a multi-disciplinary team of like-minded health professionals who embrace diversity and share a commitment to working with clients in partnership to achieve their goals.
This is an exciting opportunity to expand on your experience as a Registered Nurse specialising in the Alcohol and Other Drug field.

- relevant nursing registration and current annual practising certificate
- Current drivers licence (manual and auto)
- General computer skills
- Clinical experience in mental health and alcohol/drug area
- Post graduate qualification in alcohol and drug work or related fields
