About the role | He korero whakamarama mo tenei turanga

This role will allow you to take the next step in your career to deliver cutting-edge home-based support and restorative packages of care for older adults, and rehabilitation. Be part of a dedicated registered health professional team making a real difference in people's lives.

We are seeking to appoint a Registered Nurse to join our Team. You will be involved in the delivery of services across different home-based support contracts, providing person-centred services to our clients. This includes completing client assessments, creating, and reviewing goal-based service plans, and providing staff training and clinical oversight where required.

Our preferred candidate will have experience working within a goal-based model in the community sector and will be driven by a passion to deliver exceptional restorative and rehabilitation services to people with health, injury, and disability related needs in their own homes.

  • Confidence in leading and guiding other team members

Essential to this role

The successful candidate must hold a current annual practicing certificate with Nursing Council New Zealand a clean driver's licence.
