About the role | He korero whakamarama mo tenei turanga
As a Service Delivery Manager - Disability, you are responsible for leading the delivery of multiple residential, vocational, respite, or community-based disability support services within the Hamilton region. You will possess strong people management experience, leading a team of support workers to ensure the people we support are placed at the heart of everything we do.
This is a regional level role that will require regular day trips around the Hamilton region, as well as the occasional weekend you will be required to be on call. You will be responsible for the following:
