Team Coach - Registered Health Professional

Lead a caring and skilled team and provide innovative support to people experiencing mental health and addiction issues.

Summary

We’re looking for an inspirational leader who is also a Registered Health Professional to join our Pathways Hamilton Residential Services Team as a Team Coach. You will ensure optimum use of resources for the team while fostering innovation and improvement in order to ensure our service offering is the best it can be.

You will be working full time, 40 hours per week, in Hamilton. 
Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm 

As a Team Coach, you will be part of the local leadership team, attend regular meetings and Team Coach trainings. You will also be part of the rostered after-hours service on a rotating basis.

The Team

You’ll be reporting to the Service and Relationship Manager and leading a team of Support Workers at one of our residential supported accommodation services.  This service is a community service supporting people with a lived experience of mental health and addiction. You will provide regular coaching and be focused on inspiring every member of your team to exceed their personal best in everything they do.

  • You must hold a current NZ Health Registration
  • You must have an understanding of Te Ao Māori
  • As well as having great leadership and people skills, you’ll also have experience in mental health, and have demonstrated the ability to work well with other services such as DHBs, PHOs, and the wider community and social sector.
