We’re looking for a Registered Health Professional with clinical experience in the Mental Health and Addictions sector. You’ll be able to inspire and motivate a team through your positive, energetic and organised leadership.
We’re looking for a Team Coach who holds a current practicing certificate to join our Pathways, Tauranga Wairua respite service. You will ensure efficient and effective use of resources for the team, while fostering a nurturing and recovery focused environment, in order to ensure our service is offering the best support it can.
This role is full time, flexible 40 hours per week - Monday to Thursday 8:30- 5.00pm and Friday 9:30am- 6.00pm
At Pathways we're passionate about supporting people with experience of mental illness or addictions - we’ve been dedicated to it for 30 years. We provide community-based mental health, addiction and wellbeing services throughout New Zealand, supporting around 6000 adults and young people in communities all through New Zealand each year to live well in the communities of their choice.
You’ll be reporting to the Service and Relationship Manager and leading a team of 7 Support Workers at one of our respite services. This service is a community service supporting people with a lived experience of mental health and addiction. You will provide regular coaching and be focused on inspiring every member of your team to exceed their personal best in everything they do.
We are interested to hear from experienced leaders who have a current NZ registration as a health professional (OT, RN, Social Worker). You will have the ability to support and inspire a team, as well as demonstrated the ability to work well with other services such as DHBs, PHOs, and the wider community and social sector.
