Lead a caring and skilled team and provide innovative support to people experiencing mental health and addiction issues.
We are seeking an experienced leader with exceptional organisational skills, emotional intelligence and resourcefulness to lead our team. You will also have a current nursing registration.
As our Team Coach you will have experience and passion for working in mental health, including leadership. You will be drawing on your expertise from a range of treatment modalities to provide therapeutic interventions in supporting recovery to adults in residential supported accommodation.
You will be working full time, 40 hours per week, in Thames.
Monday – Friday, 8.30am- 5.00pm
As a Team Coach, you will be part of the local leadership team, attend regular meetings and Team Coach trainings. You will also be part of the rostered after-hours service on a rotating basis.

You’ll be reporting to the Service and Relationship Manager and leading a team of Support Workers at one of our residential supported accommodation services. This service is a community service supporting people with a lived experience of mental health and addiction. You will provide regular coaching and be focused on inspiring every member of your team to exceed their personal best in everything they do.
We are interested to hear from experienced leaders who have a current NZ Nurse registration.
You’ll be an experienced leader who has proven your ability to coordinate, inspire, and bring out the best in your team. You’ll have demonstrated the ability to work well with other services such as DHBs, PHOs, and the wider community and social sector.
We are looking for a strategic thinker, who is confident using data to inform decisions. You will have great computer literacy, experience with report writing and managing small budgets.
