The Role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi

This is a fixed-term clinical leadership opportunity in the beautiful Tauranga Moana to cover parental leave. The position commences from the 1st October 2024 to the end of June 2025.

Lead a team and provide clinical oversight with access to our Clinical Director. It is essential that the successful leader can role model and support the team as they continue to embed the values and practices of Pathways. This is a great team; experienced and understand the unique service approach offered at Madison.

This role reports to Service and Relationship Manager, who will facilitate a robust induction and provide ongoing support. The expectation is to fulfil all aspects of the Team Coach role. If you would like to know more, please get in touch!

You | Mōu

We are interested to hear from candidates who have a current NZ Practicing Certificate with mental health experience working with adults.

The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience in working in mental health and addiction services.
  • Current registration and leadership experience.
  • Experience in providing trauma-informed care.
  • A current full New Zealand driver’s licence.
  • A current New Zealand first aid certificate or be prepared to obtain one.
  • Knowledge of, and demonstrable commitment to, the articles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
  • Uphold the integrity and mana of tāngata whai ora.
  • The ability to work independently and innovatively to engage tāngata whai ora and whānau.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with funders and stakeholders.
