We’re looking for an inspirational leader to join our Pathways Residential Rehabilitation Service in Christchurch, as a Team Coach. You will ensure the efficient and effective use of resources for the team while fostering innovation and improvement in order to ensure our service offering is the best it can be.
Full time, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm, with after-hours on call on a rotational basis.

You’ll be reporting to the General Manager and leading a team of Support Workers at our Residential Rehabilitation Service. You will provide regular coaching and be focused on inspiring every member of your team to exceed their personal best in everything they do.
We are interested to hear from experienced leaders who have the ability to support and inspire a team. As well as having great leadership and people skills, you’ll also have demonstrated the ability to work well with other services such as DHBs, PHOs, and the wider community and social sector.
