This is a full time role, working Monday- Friday, 8.30am- 5.00pm

In this role you will lead a team who support people to find and keep employment. You’ll work closely with District Health Board mental health teams, government agencies, community organisations and of course, employers.

Ideally, you’ll be able to demonstrate:

  • An appropriate level 4 or higher qualification in either health and wellbeing, rehabilitation, return to work or other relevant area - or be willing to undertake training
  • Great team leadership and management skills
  • Strong relationship, networking and advocacy skills
  • Innovative and problem-solving thinking with a focus on ensuring quality
  • A client-focussed approach
  • An understanding of contract monitoring and reporting
  • A focus on responsiveness, relationships and results
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong computer skills
