We’re looking for leaders who are passionate about making a difference, and who know how to inspire and ignite that enthusiasm in others. Workwise leaders support employment consultants who are integrated in health and other environments, to operate at their very best, every day.
This is a full time role, working Monday- Friday, 8.30am- 5.00pm

If you’re keen on creating work connections to support people in finding and living their dreams, keep reading.
If you believe hope matters, and everyone has skills, talents and potential, you’ve ticked the right boxes.
If you are positive, energetic, organised, a great communicator, influencer and connector, we want to meet you.
If you’re ready to join an innovative New Zealand provider of employment support services, it’s time to write your application letter.
In this role you will lead a team who support people to find and keep employment. You’ll work closely with District Health Board mental health teams, government agencies, community organisations and of course, employers.
Did we mention that because Workwise is part of the Wise Group, www.wisegroup.co.nz, a leading provider of community-based services, you’ll be joining a supportive work environment where life balance is encouraged, and people are valued? You’ll have access to generous annual leave and sick leave and subsidies for school holiday childcare.
Ideally, you’ll be able to demonstrate:
- An appropriate level 4 or higher qualification in either health and wellbeing, rehabilitation, return to work or other relevant area - or be willing to undertake training

- A client-focussed approach
- An understanding of contract monitoring and reporting
- A focus on responsiveness, relationships and results

- Strong computer skills
It’s time to join an organisation that believes in creating fresh possibilities for the wellbeing of people and communities.
