Are you an experienced registered mental health clinician seeking an opportunity to grow your leadership capability?
Right now, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join He Tupua Waiora & He Kakano (Maternal & Infant Mental Health Services) as a Team Leader to provide clinical oversight, guidance, and operational leadership to our multidisciplinary team.

This is a key role in our service working in partnership with the Service Manager and Clinical Head of Department.
In addition to providing day to day operational leadership you will maintain a high clinical profile and a visible presence within the team, to coach, guide, mentor and support staff and to ensure that the quality of service delivery is monitored and reviewed on a regular basis.
To be considered for this role you will:
· Be a registered health clinician with at least 3 years clinical experience
· Have experience in service coordination and clinical case management
· Have experience working in and with multidisciplinary teams and
· Have strong communication and clinical supervision skills
