National HoNOS reports

National HoNOS reports summarise all of the outcomes data provided by DHBs and a few NGOs. The reports provide an overall picture of data quality, what has changed for people using services, and how services perform.

The reports are based on each outcome measure. Each summary report includes three sections:

  1.     Collection completion and validity - shows teams and services the quality of the data.
  2.     Outcomes related information - gives signals of what has changed over time for tāngata whai ora.
  3.     Service related information - looks at how a service performs.

The reports are published every three months by Te Pou (see the resources section below).

Each DHB or NGO who submits HoNOS data is provided with individual reports every three months. These reports are not publically available.
