Te Pou provides each DHB with PRIMHD outcomes summary reports every three months. The outcome graph builder tools can be used to visually display the information in the reports.
The graphs visually display information for up to four individual teams at a time.
The graphs could be used in team or management meetings to review and discuss information and progress about outcomes reporting.
This tool is user friendly and only requires basic Excel and analytical skills to generate useful graphs.
