Mārama Real-Time Feedback User Guide

Mārama Real-Time Feedback (Mārama RTF) is a consumer satisfaction survey that collects real-time feedback from tāngata whai ora and whānau to find out about their experiences of the care they received while accessing services. This feedback provides key insights to services to support the monitoring of progress towards sector priorities and a mechanism to inform ongoing continuous improvement of services, based on direct feedback from tāngata whai ora and their whānau.

For services looking to introduce a consumer satisfaction survey, this guide provides an introduction to Mārama RTF and an overview of how to collect and use Mārama RTF information. The primary sections are The Mārama RTF survey and Two survey platforms.

For Mārama RTF licence holders, the latter half of the guide provides more in-depth information about the use and technical aspect of Mārama RTF, specifically setting up and using the reporting functions.
