Mārama Real-Time Feedback User Guide

Mārama Real-Time Feedback (Mārama RTF) is a consumer satisfaction survey that collects real-time feedback from tāngata whai ora and whānau to find out about their experiences of the care they received while accessing services. This feedback provides key insights to services to support the monitoring of progress towards sector priorities and a mechanism to inform ongoing continuous improvement of services, based on direct feedback from tāngata whai ora and their whānau.
